Exchanges and returns

No hassle

You have 14 days from delivery to request a size exchange or a return. The process is simple.

Size exchange

If the size is not right, you can request an exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused, have its original tag, and be in perfect condition.

  • Write to us at santofimia.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • The first size exchange is free within mainland Spain.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with its original tags, and in the same condition it was shipped in.

  • Contact us before sending the item back.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item is defective.

Defective items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, write to us with photos of the defect within 48 hours of delivery. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
